The "Dash Cam Saudi Arabia" account, aimed at "improving the driving culture", published a video clip of a collision that nearly killed a motorcyclist, after being hit by a vehicle driver while he was on his mobile, on a highway.
The video clip showed a car colliding with a motorcycle from behind at a dangerous moment, as its collision came at the time when a truck was passing, and it almost ran over the motorcyclist.
