On December 14, the Gansu Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau released the latest results of archaeological research on the tombs of the Tuyuhun royal family of the Tang Dynasty in Wuwei area of the province.
An epitaph was unearthed, initially judged to be Tuyuhun native script.
In recent years, Gansu has continued to conduct archaeological investigations, prospecting, excavations, and cultural relic protection and research on the tombs of the Tuyuhun royal family in the Tang Dynasty, and many achievements have created domestic archaeological "precedents".
The picture shows the epitaph of Mrs. Dang, the wife of Fengyi County, unearthed from M1 in Machangtan.
