A soldier in the "anti-narcotics" department runs a liquor factory in Kuwait

“No one is above the law, and regardless of who runs the liquor factory, they launched a force from Public Security, backed by the Investigations Force, and took all legal measures.” This was a message sent by the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Security Affairs in Kuwait, Major General Abdullah Al-Ali to the Director General of the Security Directorate Jahra Major General Salem Al-Ahmar.

After the message, the instructions of the Public Security Sector Undersecretary entered into force immediately at the late dawn of Saturday, as a force from the Jahra Security Directorate headed to a house in the Sulaibiya area. The first surprises were that the person who runs the factory is a military of unspecified nationality and works in the General Administration for Drug Control. As for his assistants, they are of Nepalese nationality, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anbaa.

The second surprise was the discovery of 2 Jolt type firearms, 100 bullets and 4 clamps belonging to the first accused, along with imported and local wines.

The newspaper said, according to a security source, information received by the Public Security Sector about the exploitation of a house in Sulaibiya to manufacture intoxicating substances in order to prepare a force and carry out the raid in coordination with the Sulaibiya investigations and the military police. Two weapons, bullets and clips, in addition to the seizure of 26 sheep heads and 8 imported lengths, 40 bags containing bottles of intoxicating substances ready for sale, 200 bags of sugar, 40 tools for distillation, 50 batons containing materials used in the manufacture of wines and large quantities of bottled wines, while guards were placed on the home to complete legal formalities.
