Recipe :
300 g of honey
100 g of softened butter
300 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
10 g of yeast,
2 yolks and 5 egg whites
15 g of cinnamon
100 g of sugar
5 g of powdered
star
anise
1 dose of pastis (2cl )
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Mix the honey with the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, softened butter, pastis and spices.
Add the yolks, mix.
Whip the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the preparation.
Pour the dough into a buttered and lightly floured cake mold.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Take the gingerbread out of the oven and let it cool.
Preferably enjoy it the next day, it will only be better.
