Stefan stressed in statements to the "Beyond the News" program in his episode on 11/12/2021 that the dispute between Israel and the United States over Iran's nuclear file is not an intelligence dispute, but rather a purely political one.

He went on to say that the US administration wants to revive the nuclear agreement with Iran, regardless of the real importance of this agreement, stressing that this agreement is no longer feasible because it will not be able to curb Iran's nuclear "ambition."

Because it has already made great strides in the field of uranium enrichment and the manufacture of a nuclear bomb.

He also stressed that the agreement that the administration of US President Joe Biden is looking to sign with Tehran will help the latter obtain billions of dollars, which will enable it to control the Middle East easily.

The Israeli expert accused the Biden administration of not paying attention to all these risks that will result from concluding an agreement with Iran, because it - that is, the United States - wants to leave the Middle East and turn to confront China.

But a member of the US State Department's Advisory Council, Joseph Sircioni, criticized Israeli politicians' opposition to concluding an agreement with Iran over its nuclear file.

He stressed - in statements to the "Beyond the News" program - that many former Israeli security leaders support the United States' approach to the agreement with Iran, after realizing that all the military operations carried out by Israel against Iran could not end the latter's nuclear ambitions, but rather pushed Tehran to develop its capabilities in this field.

The US official did not hesitate to accuse Israel of carrying out illegal and illegal actions by killing Iranian agents or attacking Iranian sites.

But the Israeli expert responded to that by saying that Israel was able in the eighties of the last century to remove the Iraqi nuclear reactor, and in 2007 was able to do the same with the Syrian reactor, although it did not obtain prior US approval.

Commenting on what was published by Israeli newspapers - quoting the Israeli Defense Minister - regarding the development of scenarios for a military strike on Iran, he stressed that Israel has plans for such a matter, especially in light of America's insistence to move forward on the agreement with Iran.

But a member of the Expediency Council, Mahdi Shariatmadar, confirmed - to Al-Jazeera Net - that Israel is angry because it realizes that all international powers are in agreement to end the dispute over the Iranian nuclear file.

He downplayed the Israeli threats to his country, stressing Iran's readiness to respond forcefully to any "folly" that Israel might do.
