Alec Baldwin does not let go.

Still traumatized by the accident on the set of

Rust

, the actor posted an open letter on his Instagram account, denouncing rumors that the conditions for filming the western in New Mexico were catastrophic.

The message was not written by Alec Baldwin, but by 25 members of the film crew, who were keen to defend the production (of which the actor is one).

"

Rust's

descriptions of

a chaotic, dangerous and exploited workplace are false and distract from what matters most: the memory of Halyna Hutchins and the need to find modern alternatives to guns. fire and outdated industry safety practices, ”the document read.

No grumbling

The letter also returns to the rumors evoking several members of the film crew having left the set just before the accident which claimed the life of Halyna Hutchins.

None of this is true, or, in any case, the protest movement has been widely amplified by the American press, if the signatories of the document are to be believed.

"These few dissatisfied people do not represent the opinion of each of us", add the 25 signatories.

If Alec Baldwin in any case still refuses to take responsibility for the incident, two members of the team (who are among those who left the set) have filed civil complaints to accuse the actor and other members of the production for having implemented too lax security protocols and to be indirectly responsible for the death of the director of photography.
