“The Golden Man” Yuri Venediktovich from “Nasha Rashi” did not take care of himself and thought about the people. Another "golden man" Vladimir Aleksandrovich, previously known as a participant in the "Quarter-95", also does not take care of himself and thinks about the people, and more specifically, about reducing their number. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted to parliament a package of bills on the citizenship of this country. These bills promise nothing good to the citizens of Ukraine. It would be better if our "golden man" Vladimir Alexandrovich did not think about the people at all and even forgot about its existence.

In short and to the point, then, according to Zelensky, the procedure for deprivation of citizenship should be simplified as much as possible. Kiev punitive authorities (at first I wanted to write "Kiev law enforcement structures", but then came to the conclusion: if you can call a spade a spade, then there is no need for euphemisms) get complete freedom of hand. But holders of dual citizenship - Ukraine and Russia -, on the contrary, are deprived of any freedom. The bill that came out of the bowels of the office of the Ukrainian president is written in such a Jesuitical way that Ukrainian Russians or Russian Ukrainians are completely dependent on this particular mood of this particular clerk or clerk from the Kiev power structures at this particular moment in time.

Let's say this clerk or clerk is in a bad mood. And he decides: this particular holder of dual citizenship poses a threat to the national security of Ukraine (very vague wording, don't you think?). And that's all. This is enough to start the procedure for depriving a person of citizenship. How can you comment on this outright chaos? At first I wanted to do this, citing a few quotes from Volodymyr Zelensky's inaugural speech: “Each of us is Ukrainian. We are all Ukrainians. There is no greater or lesser, right or wrong. " Certainly there are no “wrong Ukrainians”, Volodymyr Alexandrovich? Exactly, you say? Then maybe you will withdraw your draft law? And then you get a discrepancy!

I am ending my imaginary discussion with the President of Ukraine. He will not recall anything. Catching the president of Ukraine on contradictions and even outright fraud is also an occupation that has lost all meaning. Finding a mushroom in a clearing, where there are just one or two such mushrooms, is an achievement. Finding a mushroom in a clearing, which is simply strewn with these mushrooms, is a gray everyday life. With speeches and public solemn promises of Vladimir Zelensky, everything is the same. If he promised something with an oath, then you can not go to the fortuneteller: the deeds of the head of the Ukrainian state will be in direct contradiction with his words.

Therefore, I will give you a couple of quotes from other official documents. Here is the first of them: “M.L. Rostropovich and G.P. Vishnevskaya, not showing a desire to return to the Soviet Union, conducted anti-patriotic activities, denigrated the Soviet social system, the title of citizen of the USSR ... The Council of the USSR decided on the basis of Article 7 of the USSR Law of August 19, 1938 "On Citizenship of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" for actions defaming the title of a citizen of the USSR, to deprive M.L. Rostropovich and G.P. Vishnevskaya ".

With what feeling are these lines being read today?

With shame, of course.

With shame not for Mstislav Rostropovich and Galina Vishnevskaya, but for the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.

And here is another similar quote from an official document: “By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for the systematic commission of actions incompatible with belonging to the citizenship of the USSR and damaging the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, A.I. Solzhenitsyn was deprived of USSR citizenship and expelled from the Soviet Union.

The Solzhenitsyn family will be able to go to him as soon as they deem it necessary. "

I will not repeat myself and talk about what emotions the reading of this document evokes.

I will say right away about the main thing: the legislative innovations of Vladimir Zelensky will be read with similar sensations.

The main ones will be a feeling of disgust and a desire to urgently wash your hands.

Time puts everything in its place.

Galina Vishnevskaya and Mstislav Rostropovich regained their Soviet citizenship 12 years after they were stripped of it.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn had to wait a little longer - about 16.

How quickly will justice be restored in Ukraine?

How quickly will it be understood in Kiev that the imitation of Soviet legislative acts of a punitive nature, enacted during the period when the famous Nikolai Yezhov, People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR, was not the most successful and effective way of building a modern democratic state?

Such an understanding will definitely come.

But this moment will have to wait.

Under a president who “cares about his people” so much, the people of Ukraine will always be the loser.
