Molotov will no longer broadcast the channels of the M6 group.
The Internet television service was ordered by the Paris court to no longer broadcast M6, W9 and 6ter, which it had been transmitting for more than three years without authorization, and to pay the group more than 7 million euros.

Asked by AFP, neither of the two groups wanted to comment on the judgment.
Negotiations continue between M6 and Molotov
In detail, the Molotov group will have to pay 7 million euros "for the infringement of neighboring rights of the audiovisual communication company".
Sum to which are added 15,000 euros "for trademark infringement", which penalizes the reproduction without authorization of M6 of the logos and signs linked to its channels, and 100,000 euros for "parasitism", or for having taken "unfair profit and without a stock market untie investments and know-how ”from M6,“ generating an undue competitive advantage ”.
This decision comes after several years of fruitless negotiations between the two parties on the financial conditions of distribution of the M6 group's channels on Molotov.
According to corroborating sources, however, discussions are continuing between the two companies.
Molotov claims more than 13 million users
