China News Service, Hong Kong, December 9th (Reporter Han Xingtong) Li Zhiying, founder of Hong Kong One Media, and former vice-chairmen of Hong Kong "Stake Association" Zou Xingtong and He Guilan, were involved in an illegal assembly in June last year.

On the 9th, the Hong Kong District Court ruled that three people were guilty of "inciting others to knowfully participate in an unauthorized assembly" and "knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly".

  Li Zhiying and Zou Xingtong were charged with illegally inciting others to participate in an unauthorized assembly without legal authority or reasonable excuse outside the Victoria Park fountain in Causeway Bay in June last year.

Zou Xingtong was charged with He Guilan on the same day and at the same place, and he and other unidentified persons, knowingly participated in an unauthorized assembly.

  Judge Hu Yawen ruled that the three defendants were guilty of "inciting others to knowfully participate in an unauthorized assembly" and "knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly", and adjourned the case to December 13 to hear the three people's plea.

  It is reported that the original 26 defendants in this case, 16 of whom had pleaded guilty earlier and were sentenced to 4 to 10 months in prison; 5 others including former legislators of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Li Cheuk-yan, Hu Zhiwei, Cai Yaochang, Liang Yaozhong, and Liang Jinwei have also pleaded guilty. The case will be sentenced on December 13; the other two defendants, Luo Guancong and Zhang Kunyang, have left Hong Kong.
