At that time, the situation was really urgent. Not only was it necessary to be with me, but also to pay more attention to safety. I was also more fortunate that there was no real accident that happened.

The drama shows the plot of the suicide intervention hotline. The heroine prevents an ongoing suicide, which arouses the public's attention to the industry.
Qian Qianyi said that suicidal calls will be judged as "high-risk", and "thrilling moments" in TV dramas are played here almost every day.

For example, in the first 10 minutes, a suicide risk assessment must be done. It is impossible to say (chat) for half an hour, and you find that he has been sitting on the rooftop.
In about 20 minutes, there is a question about depression and suicide (risk factor). A more professional assessment is a questionnaire.
Understand his recent depressive mood, and based on this result (a comprehensive study of the caller’s suicide risk), see if he wants to go to a psychiatric hospital for further examination (diagnosis and treatment).

"High risk" belongs to him. For example, he has the intention to commit suicide. It may not only be the intention, but may be behavior.

I think with hard work (intervention), most things will be fine.
If it is true that we did not stop the success, and did not intervene to succeed, he kept doing this, (what he could do) was actually very limited.
We will confirm his physical condition through follow-up visits.
[Explanation] In recent years, as people's attention to mental health has increased, the number of calls to the Beijing psychological assistance hotline has increased year by year, and has shown a younger trend.
Qian Qianyi has a deep understanding of this. She has served the youngest caller, only 9 years old.

The older ones may be in their 60s and 70s (years old), and the youngest ones may be 9 or 10 years old.
It may be with classmates, but the most important thing is probably the parents and families (difficulties). The child may not have enough coping methods, so he has accumulated for a long time.
Maybe even an eight or nine-year-old child will slowly accumulate into a feeling of suicide.

Qian Qianyi said that more callers need listening and company.
Therefore, there have been cases in which callers over-relied on the hotline.
