What is democracy, comrades? First of all, it is the power of the people and stability. Here in the FRG we have seen 16 years of stability under one Chancellor - A. Merkel. Starting today, the country has a new chancellor with a famous face - Olaf Scholz, a member of the Social Democratic Party and a man who meets the interests of the Russians. Or at least not too contradictory to them. Moreover, he also always defended the idea of Nord Stream 2.

The same cannot be said about the government that the German comrades have now received.

It already bears in some circles the title of "government from hell" - just look at the party appointees on the order.

Like Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock, who studied "international relations" at a paid one-year course in London.

Or, say, the new Defense Minister Christina Lambrecht, who since 2015 has blocked the equipping of the Bundeswehr with drones in the Bundestag.

So Olaf Scholz will equalize such multidirectional vectors.

The Austrians are not very good at dealing with vectors.

This is probably why it is fashionable to wear the third chancellor in a row in Austria this autumn-winter season.

But if the first dismissed (already the second time) Chancellor Sebastian Kurz was, after all, elected by the people, then the next two - Alexander Schallenberg and the extranet Karl Nehammer - were simply appointed by the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).

It is written: "People's Party" - means, consider that the people elected.

For this we have democracy here.

Not that the new chancellors were very new: Schallenberg was the republic’s foreign minister, and Karl Nehammer was the republic’s minister of the interior.

In his inaugural speech, Nehammer told the people that there are three core values that are important to him: responsibility, solidarity and freedom;

The ÖVP is a party that works towards the future with core values in mind. "

Within the framework of further stability, party ministers of the government immediately fell from their posts: in particular, the Minister of Finance Blumel, not to mention less important ones, such as the Minister of Education.

Alexander Schallenberg will return to his seat as Foreign Minister.

In place of Nehammer in the Ministry of Internal Affairs comes the second chairman of the Lower Austrian parliament Karner.

But who is Mr.

Nehammer?

A staunch Catholic, professional careerist politician.

Unlike many Austrian politicians, he served in the army and rose to the rank of lieutenant.

He worked as a political instructor - he taught information policy for employees of the Ministry of Defense, as well as in the party Political Academy ÖVP.

So it’s not surprising that he became the general secretary of the party.

Kurtz's games.

He is married to Katharina Nehammer, who works for a PR agency serving Hygiene Austria.

Quite by accident, it was this company that received government contracts for the production of millions of masks in a pandemic.

Austria is a small country.

As Minister of the Interior, he was criticized by the opposition for being too tough on restricting migration, which was in line with the policy of Chancellor Kurz.

But then on November 2, 2020, the shooting of the citizens of Vienna broke out in the very center of the capital.

Despite the fact that the terrorist was liquidated by a simple policeman from Nehammer's department, he and the Ministry of Internal Affairs were subjected to a flurry of criticism for the fact that, despite all the reports received about the preparation of the terrorist attack, he did nothing to prevent the carnage.

The arrival of Nehammer is due to two circumstances.

The fact is that the Austrian People's Party is center-right, it is the party of the rest of Austria, except for Vienna, which is traditionally red.

And Kurz gave her the chance to go nationwide.

But after the second consecutive political scandal, the leaders of local cells began to hesitate and, as a result, betrayed the young politician.

Now Nehammer will work to strengthen the party nationwide.

If you have time.

Because the second reason for the arrival of a tough policeman at the top of Austrian politics is a unique experiment in a pandemic called Impflicht ("compulsory vaccination"), which has already met with dissatisfaction not only among the unvaccinated, but also part of the vaccinated.

At the same time, one should not recall the Soviet-Russian experience with regard to compulsory vaccines in childhood and compare, since in Austria since 1990 even compulsory vaccines against tuberculosis and a cocktail against poliomyelitis and five more diseases ("six in one") have been canceled. years they are only "recommended".

This is the only reason why the law that is being prepared meets such resistance.

People do not understand why tuberculosis and polio are considered less dangerous than covid.

But Nehammer's task is to break the population on the knee.

After which his mission of the new chancellor will be fulfilled, and the whole government will fall apart again, and new elections will be called.

So we are waiting for April to find out the name of the fourth chancellor.
