The inhabitants of Hauts-de-Seine will soon be able to take advantage of two new metro stations.

Line 4 will have been extended to Bagneux (Hauts-de-Seine) thanks to the creation of the Barbara and Bagneux-Lucie-Aubrac stations.

The official inauguration will be scheduled according to the health situation and the obligations of Valérie Pécresse, president of Île-de-France Mobilités.

Metro line 4 will still have to undergo several interruptions before this start-up.

Connection with line 15

37,000 additional travelers are expected after the entry into activity of the stations, which required six years of work.

This 1.8 km extension to the south of the line provides for an interconnection with the future line 15 of the Grand Paris Express.

Driverless trainsets will be in operation by mid-2022 and full automation is scheduled for 2023.

Regarding the extension of line 12, the two stations Aimé-Césaire and Mairie-d'Aubervilliers should be operational next May.

The delay in this extension, which has been expected for more than twenty years, is due to various incidents.
