At noon on December 6, a man in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, holding a child, was sitting on the roof of the 10th floor of the Houzhai Street Comprehensive Market. There was no guardrail protection around him, and there was a danger of falling from a building at any time.
After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they quickly formulated a rescue plan. A group of personnel laid a rescue cushion downstairs and took protective measures; other firefighters brought ropes to the top of the building to prepare for rescue.
A rescuer couldn't help yelling at the man who committed suicide during the rescue, and persuaded him to cooperate with the rescue.
After the efforts of rescuers, the man was finally rescued to a safe area.
