Earlier, in Moscow and the Moscow region, until the evening of December 8, the "yellow" level of weather hazard due to icy conditions was extended.

The leading specialist of the Phobos center, Mikhail Leus, said that during the day on December 7 in Moscow, up to a quarter of the monthly precipitation rate may fall.
