　　It is reported that in the entire second phase of the plan, “friendship” is a recurring keyword. On the one hand, the excellent natural background of the region is used to create characteristic functional areas and animal-friendly environmental conditions. On the other hand, reasonable circulation is used. And commercial formats to create a human-friendly travel experience.

　　The expansion project of the panda base integrates scientific research and breeding, popular science education, cultural and creative creativity, tourism and vacation.
