, we discuss today about life after incest.

According to a survey for the association “Facing incest”, in 2020, it is estimated that 6.7 million French people were victims of this sexual violence, or 10% of the population of our country.

How to live "with" the trauma?

Can we laugh at the violence of which we have been the victim?

This is Norma's bet with her comedy show "Norma (le)", currently performed in Paris.

Victim of incest, the thirty-something returns in this "alone on stage" on the consequences of this trauma on her mental health, the deterioration of her relationship with others and vis-à-vis her body, obsessive-compulsive disorders ... But also on his journey of resilience to "transform his karma from a hen into a golden eagle".

Can we laugh at the sexual violence of which we have been the victim?

Norma is the guest of this episode to evoke how one "deals", day after day, with the trauma.

Without forgetting or remaining a prisoner of what happened.
