Actress Rose McGowan has apparently ended the legal revenge campaign against Harvey Weinstein.

A federal court in Los Angeles on Monday dismissed her lawsuit against the former Hollywood mogul after failing to provide additional documents relating to alleged intimidation attempts by his lawyers and Israeli security company Black Cube.

As a spokeswoman for the MeToo movement, McGowan was one of the first in the fall of 2017 to make sexual assault by Weinstein public.

The forty-eight-year-old reported that Weinstein had abused her in the hot tub of a hotel in 1997 during the Sundance Film Festival.

According to the New York Times, Weinstein, now sentenced to 23 years in prison, then paid $ 100,000 for her silence.

In October 2019, the actress ("Charmed") filed a lawsuit against the producer because he allegedly harassed her for years with the support of his lawyers and Black Cube.
