Kuwait .. Imprisonment of a citizen who sold explicit videos with her husband for publication on "Snapchat"

A Kuwaiti court has upheld a final ruling against a citizen woman being imprisoned for two years and a fine of 5,000 dinars ($16,500), for sending her intimate clips with her husband for publication on the social networking site "Snapchat" for a fee.

The local Kuwaiti "Security and Courts" account did not publish the details of the case and its merits, but confirmed the issuance of a prison sentence and a fine against the citizen after she sent intimate clips that she collected with her husband to her boyfriend for publication on "Snapchat" for a fee, with the aim of increasing his followers.

This is the third case of its kind in Kuwait, as a woman of Asian nationality was previously arrested, after her husband, a Kuwaiti citizen, accused her of publishing their privacy on obscene websites in exchange for sums of money.
