While the last episode of the fourth season of "Munch" was broadcast on November 11 on TF1, Isabelle Nanty, the star of the series, explained in "Media Culture" why she almost did not participate.

Tired of having to learn long pages of text just days before filming, the actress asked the writers for a small favor.

Despite the success of the third season of

 Munch, 

followed by five million spectators at the end of 2019 on TF1, Isabelle Nanty, the headliner of the series, hesitated before resuming for a fourth season.

The interpreter of the whimsical Gabrielle Munchovski even set a very specific condition for the writers to re-emerge.

"I put conditions all the time, but they are never respected," she quipped at the microphone of Philippe Vandel in

"If that doesn't change, I won't do the sequel"

Munch

, Isabelle Nanty did not want "to type 20 pages of text per day" and had asked to have the script upstream, as she had confided in an interview with

TV Magazine

. "If that doesn't change, I won't do the sequel," the actress said. Without much success.

"I had the text of four episodes a week in advance", she lamented on Europe 1. "With 60 names to get back into the head and articles of the penal code ... No, no, that It's really boring. The writers know it and then I did the fourth season anyway! ".

Isabelle Nanty, showing in the fourth part of the

, does not yet know if she will participate in the fifth season of

Munch.
