On December 4th, in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, the ice-picking work on the Songhua River was started. The staff used cutting machines to cut horizontally and vertically on the river surface. The ice-picking sites were full of regular horizontal and vertical lines.
Workers will cut the ice along these horizontal and vertical cutting lines and transport it to ice sites such as the Big World of Ice and Snow to build ice sceneries.
