The French Minister of the Armed Forces, who was present this Monday, December 6 in Dakar for the opening of the 7th Forum on Peace and Security in Africa, reiterated the will of Paris: to block a Russian intervention - soldiers or mercenaries - at the Sahel, where the Barkhane force intervenes.
