Stars are also citizens, and their personal information is also protected by law.

In August of this year, the Internet Police Brigade of the Xiaoshan District Bureau of the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau discovered that some people were selling information on the flights taken by the stars to the star chasers.

The police immediately launched an investigation, and after in-depth research, they discovered that there was a criminal gang selling citizens' personal information.

The Xiaoshan police caught such a gang, illegally obtaining celebrity information and then selling it for profit.

Chen Yiming, deputy captain of the Xiaoshan Internet Police Brigade, said in an interview with reporters from Qianbao·Hour that Xiaoshan Airport is an important air port, very close to Hengdian, and there are many celebrities visiting.

"Through investigation, it was found that the gang used illegal means to obtain the personal information of many celebrities, and then input them one by one on the self-service check-in machines in the airport terminal to obtain more flight information."

This is what they call "knock on the machine".

After getting the flight information of the celebrities, they began to sell them in the star chasing groups and support groups of social software. A message sold for tens of yuan.

This is not the entire "revenue" method for this group. In addition to selling star flight information, they also organize star fans to buy "send off air tickets" in their hands.

After purchasing the "clearance ticket", you can enter the waiting hall through the airport security check, so that you can get closer to the celebrity and have a longer meeting time.

After the security check, the gang will immediately organize a refund for the star chasers, with a deduction of tens of yuan in the middle, as the "cost" of the "delivery".

After refunding the tickets, the fans ran all the way, pinching the star boarding point, reluctantly sending the idol to the plane...

Fans have thought about it, celebrities also have civil rights.

The personal information of his citizens is also protected by law.

The "Civil Code" implemented on January 1 this year and the "Personal Information Protection Law" implemented on November 1 both clearly stipulate that citizens' personal information shall be protected by law; the Criminal Law shall be subject to criminal penalties for infringement of citizens' personal information There are also express provisions.

Use the star's ID number to check flight information, and then sell it one after another for profit. Even if the stars don't mind, the police can't agree.

At the same time, this kind of behaviors such as repeatedly buying tickets and refunding tickets in order to get close to celebrities, and frequently enclosing airport passages, have also seriously disrupted civil aviation flights and the public order of the airport.

On September 28, Xiaoshan police arrested 4 criminal suspects including Zhu Moumou and Zhao Moumou in dens surrounding Xiaoshan Airport.

After investigation, the 4 suspects were all born after 00 and 95. They also chased stars and bought their own "idol" flight information.

After that, I started to do it myself.

This group has been engaged in trafficking for two or three months, and has sold flight information of celebrities including Wang Jiaer and Xiao Zhan.

Currently, the case is under further investigation.

The police reminded: The airport is an important place for public travel, not a stage for fans to interact with celebrities. The itinerary is an important privacy for every citizen, not a cash cow that can be used for profit.

Fans who follow stars should pay attention to scale. If the personal information of a citizen is violated, it must be prosecuted if it violates the law.
