This action violated the law and the woman was detained for 5 days.

It is understandable that some special positions require age, but it would be wrong if the whole society "only ages first" in employment.

"Age-only theory" is a form of employment discrimination.

Society should provide more opportunities for young people, but it should not "smash to death" senior employment.

Age and gender are by no means criteria for judging the strength of an individual.
