“But January, the middle of the sandwich, may turn out to be frosty for residents of central Russia,” he stressed.
According to the forecaster's forecast, in the second winter month, the negative deviation of the average monthly temperature from the norm will reach -1 ...- 3 ° С.
Tishkovets added that the start of the Arctic invasion is likely to occur on New Year's Eve.
