The

Top Chef

Academy

has closed its doors.

This Friday, M6 offered the final of

Objectif Top Chef

, its competition orchestrated by Philippe Etchebest.

Two candidates competed: on one side, Pascal, Best apprentice in France, and on the other, Clément, an amateur engineer in artificial intelligence.

After two events refereed by chefs Mauro Colagreco, Arnaud Lallement and Sébastien Vauxion, Pascal finally won.

"I'm super happy, I'm super moved," said the winner when announcing his victory, wiping away a few tears.

It's a lot of sacrifice, of people who believe in me and that makes them proud today.

»Aged 20, the cook impressed the jury with a rabbit à la royale for a main course and a carrot confit with honey for dessert.

He leaves with his blue cuffs

Described as a “war machine” by Philippe Etchebest, Pascal first won the long-awaited five stars when he presented his first dish to the chef at the start of the season.

Throughout the trials, the mentor has never been kind to the Best Apprentice in France, pushing him to his limits and asking him to set an example to his comrades because of his distinction.

At the end of the episode, Pascal was given his blue cuffs, synonymous with integration into the brigade of Philippe Etchebest in the thirteenth season of

Top Chef

which will start at the beginning of next year.

His objective: to do as well as Xavier Koenig, the only candidate passed by

Objectif Top Chef

to have won

Top Chef

.

Friday, the show signed its record for the season being watched by 2.09 million curious, or 12.6% audience share of the general public.

From Monday, Cyril Lignac takes back control of M6 for a new salvo of

Tous in cuisine

special festive menus.
