In the dark dining area, customers are served by visually impaired employees throughout the entire meal.

This store is also a special restaurant "tailored" for disabled employees. In the 12 years since its opening, it has provided jobs for more than 90 people with visual and intellectual disabilities and people with disabilities.

The new store will hire the hearing impaired for the first time to provide more employment opportunities for the disabled and healthy.

The Trojan Fairy Tale "Dark Restaurant" opened 12 years ago. After the founder Yu Shuang experienced a brief detachment of the right eye retina and recovered, he had the idea of ​​opening a "dark restaurant".

There are two dining areas in the restaurant, one is completely dark and dark, allowing customers to experience the feelings of blind people for a short time; the other is half-dark and half-dark, where you can experience the world in the eyes of low-vision people.

  When Xin Yu, a mentally handicapped person, just entered the restaurant to work, he could not even speak a complete sentence. After three years of work, he has been able to introduce and participate in the future multi-functional expansion plan of the dark dining area.

Zhou Haoyu, a visually impaired clerk, in addition to guiding customers, serving and withdrawing dishes in the dark area of ​​the restaurant, also played piano music for customers ordering songs.

"We don't want to be pityed and treated differently. We want to get equal opportunities to participate in social activities." Zhou Haoyu said.
