　　In 2021, Nanchong City Public Security Bureau received an important message from the national public security agency’s information system for finding abducted and missing children. It used the "Portrait Comparison System" and "Abduction DNA System" to compare and compare a large number of human figures and biological samples. The comparison revealed that the biological samples of Liu Mouping and Zhao Xueting from Huilong Town, Gaoping District were consistent.

Recently, the public security organs, through re-collection and re-comparison, finally determined that Liu Mouping is Zhao Xueting, fulfilling this broken 13-year family reunion dream.

　　It is understood that since the launch of the "Reunion Operation" of the Ministry of Public Security, the Gaoping District Bureau of the Nanchong Public Security Bureau has reorganized 23 abducted children in the district, established one case and one file, and went to Guangdong, Fujian and other places to re-examine the year. In the case of children being abducted, the DNA of the parents of the abducted children shall be collected again.

Up to now, the local police have produced more than 30 relevant transcripts, collected 53 blood samples of the parents and siblings of the abducted children, and collected more than 10 photos of the abducted children. They have successfully helped 5 families to reunite.
