Rashwan Tawfiq’s lawyer reveals a reconciliation initiative “from the heart” rejected by his daughter Aya
The lawyer of the artist, Rashwan Tawfiq, revealed that he had proposed an initiative for reconciliation between the able artist and his daughter Aya, who apparently refused this, despite her son's welcome.
Lawyer Magdy Mahran said it is not logical for family disputes to go out to court. However, it was also from the heart and conscience of Tawfiq Rashwan and he was very welcome.
Mahran added, to the "New Egypt" program, that the initiative was welcomed by Muhammad Essam, the grandson of Rashwan Tawfiq, from his daughter Aya, "However, we were surprised at the end of the day, that the picture has completely changed. Professor Aya, the daughter of Rashwan Tawfiq, refused the peace permanently despite her father's insistence. And although Rashwan Tawfiq was very welcoming of the peace initiative, and he used to say Aya, you could not sleep next to me, she was sleeping on my lap.”
The lawyer of the able artist, Rashwan Tawfiq, indicated that the artist always said that what he owned is considered the property of his daughters and grandchildren, and he was insisting that his daughter return to him, and end the litigation. He was very big, and he had no precedent of any quarrels, his words were like balm on everyone’s hearts, and the money he used to take from his work and toil was put in the hands of his wife and she gave him the money.”
