The accused then attacked her brother with a knife (knife), causing an injury that took his life. He fled, and a report was drawn up on the incident, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.

The sister of the accused said that her father and mother died years ago, and that her brother was the only breadwinner for the family, and he had a good history among the people of the area, saying: "I have no other choice. This was my only support. I remained an orphan after him."

Police investigations proved that while S.M., 37, was standing in front of the house of Walid A., a resident of the Thanh Shubra El-Kheima Police Department, 29 years old, unemployed, previously accused in other cases, he stabbed the victim with a bladed weapon.
