The "Shaimaa Argaa" festival tops the list, and Youssef Sousta sends a message to Hani Shaker

A song by a young festival performer became the talk of social media platforms, and the main concern of the pioneers of social media, and was widely circulated, and was very popular, despite the poor words and melody among activists, but it became a fertile ground for a torrent of ridicule.

The clip of the “Shaima’s Return” festival achieved more than 600,000 views in just a few days. It was shown on the “YouTube” platform, and the pioneers of the communication sites were busy searching for Shaima, discovering at the end of the festival that she was not a girl but a “duck.”

The owner of Shaima's song is a young man named Youssef Sousa, "22 years old." He recorded the song 8 months ago, but it would not be successful, so his friend decided to reshoot the song in the manner of a comic video clip.

It is strange that after the song became famous, Youssef Sousta sent a letter to the captain of musicians, artist Hani Shaker, to join the syndicate “so that he could sing and benefit the public from his art.”

The decision of the Musicians Syndicate to ban 19 festival singers from singing sparked controversy on the social media, as opinions varied between a supporter saluting the artist Hani Shaker, the captain of musicians for the decision for rejecting this type of singing, and between opponents who believe that they should be given a chance and not completely prevent them, but rather evaluate and direct them.

The list announced by the union included 19 singers and performers, who are Hassan Shakoush, Hamo Beca and Hassan Abu Al-Roos, and also included: Coriander and Throat, Mustafa Zakaria, known as Muslim, Abulila, Ahmed Qassem, known as “Filo”, Ahmed Moza, Hamo Tikha, Richa Costa and Samara, Shawaha, team Selim's sons, the gang, the leader, Alaa Fifty, the high heels band, Magdy Shatta, Wazeh, Shakl, Amr Haha.
