Indian young man burns 100 kg in 10 months

Junaid Jamdar, 26, a resident of the Indian city of Ichalkarangi, suffered from excessive weight gain, as his weight reached 207 kilograms, but he conquered the impossible, and lost 100 kilograms of weight in 10 months.

The Times of India newspaper said that the excess weight negatively affected the young man's physical and psychological health, as he could hardly walk, due to the accumulated fat in his folds, which exposed him to looks of mockery, as he was stuck between the hammer of health danger and the anvil of bullying.

Jamdar's father was fed up with him, and gave him time to change his difficult condition, and Jamdar himself knew the necessity of this, so he took his father's request seriously, decided to change his lifestyle once and for all, and set himself the goal of losing weight within ten months.

For breakfast, Jamdar eats three boiled eggs and one orange, and for lunch, one healthy roti bread, 200 grams of boiled chicken, a salad and skimmed cream.
