The Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau issued information that from November 30 to December 1, there were heavy snowfalls from south to north in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province. There were heavy snowfalls in the eastern part of Shuangya Mountain, eastern Qitaihe, Jixi, Mudanjiang and Fuyuan. The maximum amount of snowfall can reach 25 mm, and the depth of newly added snow can reach up to 25 cm.
The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Transportation has urgently deployed blizzard weather prevention work to ensure the safety of transportation production.

According to information released by the Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau, on November 30, there were blizzards in the eastern part of Shuangya Mountain, the eastern part of Jixi, and the eastern part of Mudanjiang. Among them, there were heavy snowstorms in Dongning, Suifenhe, and Hulin. There is heavy snow in Fuyuan, moderate snow in the west of Shuangya Mountain, west of Qitai River, east of Harbin, Fujin and Tongjiang, and snow showers in east of Hegang, west of Jiamusi, and west of Harbin.
On December 1, there was heavy snow in Fuyuan, and there were snow showers in Daxinganling, Heihe, Yichun, northern Qiqihar, northern Suihua, northeastern Harbin, Hegang, most of Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, Jixi, and Mudanjiang.
At the same time, there were northwest winds of magnitude 5 to 6 in the central and eastern regions, and gusts of magnitude 7 to 8, with wind and snow, and snow resistance in some sections of the road.
The lowest temperature after snowfall in various places drops by 6℃ to 8℃.
Around December 3, the minimum temperature dropped to -22°C to -16°C in most areas.
At present, the Heilongjiang Meteorological Observatory has issued a yellow warning signal for blizzard, and the Department of Transportation of Heilongjiang Province urgently notified Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, Jixi, Mudanjiang Transportation Bureau and Heilongjiang Transportation Group to take the snow as an order and all the staff will go to battle. Materials and equipment are put in, and people are shut down for 24 hours without stopping, and the road snow removal and anti-skid work are done with all efforts.
