Blizzard warning! The three northeastern provinces are as large as a blizzard, and the new snow depth can exceed 20 cm

　　China Weather News. The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a blue blizzard warning at 06:00 on November 30:

　　It is expected that from 08:00 on November 30 to 08:00 on December 1, there will be heavy snowstorms in northeastern Liaoning, eastern Jilin, and eastern Heilongjiang. Among them, there will be heavy snowstorms (20-29 mm) in the southeastern and eastern parts of Heilongjiang.

In some of the above-mentioned areas, the newly added snow depth is 5-15 cm, and the local area can reach more than 20 cm.

　　Defense guide:

　　1. The government and relevant departments shall do the emergency work for snow disaster prevention and frost damage prevention according to their responsibilities;

　　2. Departments of transportation, railways, electric power, communications, etc. should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of roads, railways, and lines, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting;

　　3. Reduce unnecessary outdoor activities;

　　4. Reinforce temporary structures such as scaffolds that are easy to be pressed by snow, and drive outdoor livestock into sheds for feeding.
