The lawyer of the artist, Mustafa Fahmy, denied that the reason for his divorce from the Lebanese journalist Faten Moussa was the latter's desire to have children, which Mustafa Fahmy rejects.
"This allegation is not true, as Faten Moussa is over fifty years old, noting that artist Mustafa Fahmy and his ex-wife were in agreement on the issue of childlessness," said lawyer Sanaa Lahdhi.
Sanaa Lahzo added that the artist, Mostafa Fahmy, has a son and a girl from a previous marriage, and he is satisfied with them.
And Mustafa Fahmy's lawyer, told "Fuchsia" that there was a great dispute between the two parties on the night that Faten Moussa traveled to Lebanon to attend her sister's engagement, and that this dispute was one of the most important causes of divorce, and she knows that the divorce will happen and her brother knows that as well.
She denied that their marriage lasted six or seven years, as it is said, but only four years, as they had married in 2017, and separated in 2021.
Sana Lahsi confirmed that Faten Moussa will be held accountable by law for breaking into the marital apartment with the help of what she described as "thugs", in addition to that Moussa will get her rights by law.
It is reported that Enas Fawzy, the lawyer of the Lebanese media, Faten Moussa, revealed many new details about her client's divorce from artist Mustafa Fahmy, noting that one of the hidden reasons for the divorce is Faten Moussa's desire to have children from him.
Fawzi said: "Motherhood was Faten Moussa's wish and demanded it more than once, which Mustafa Fahmy counters with constant excuses, and with her need for motherhood, she said that she would implement it .. From that time on, treachery began."
Faten Moussa's lawyer indicated that her client's insistence on having children after 6 years of marriage prompted Mustafa Fahmy to divorce her while they were in Lebanon. its purposes and rights.
Inas Fawzy said: "Faten got pregnant and said to her, I don't know what you are saying, this one was living a happy life until the night she traveled to Lebanon."
Lawyer Enas Fawzy stated that her client was surprised by the divorce, contrary to what artist Mostafa Fahmy announced in his last press statement, which is that her father and brother were aware of the divorce.
And she added, "Before she traveled one night, Faten was staying with Mustafa Fahmy, like any couple, and he was supposed to travel with her to attend her sister's engagement, but he apologized at the last time, and we have his reservation papers for travel before he cancels it."
Regarding the presence of Faten Moussa in Mustafa Fahmy's apartment after the divorce, the lawyer commented that her client has the legal right to be in the marital apartment until the end of her waiting period, denying what the artist Mustafa Fahmy issued in his statement, using Faten Moussa with "thugs" to break into the apartment.
Lawyer Enas Fawzy defended her client, and explained that what Mustafa Fahmy had mentioned in his confession before the Public Prosecution regarding the 18 bags, and said: "We saw the contents of the bags, Migosh 5% of their needs, and they have gold, gold jewelry, and spikes."
Enas Fawzy hinted that the professional jealousy between the duo may be one of the reasons for the divorce, specifically after the participation of the Lebanese media, Faten Moussa, in the series “The Velvet Harem”, alongside Mustafa Fahmy, and said: “He entered her in a simple role, and during her performance of her own scenes, he praised Those present behind the scenes of the work with her acting performance, and told her that she might be a star project, and this is only a point of view.”
