Two newlyweds in Egypt were killed the morning after their wedding after inhaling carbon monoxide gas in Qalyubia Governorate.

The Egyptian newspaper, "The Seventh Day", said that the tragic incident occurred in the village of Abu Al-Maati in the Shebin al-Qanater police station, and explained that the families of the newlyweds discovered their death while they were checking on them in the morning, and the newlyweds were transferred to a hospital, but their death was found.

The families of the newlyweds indicated that they knocked on the door of the marital apartment at first, but no one opened for them.

The Egyptian security services issued a report on the incident, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
