China News Service, November 29. Nanjing University of Finance and Economics issued a notice on its official Weibo on the 28th, stating that recently, some netizens reported that Feng Jihai, a teacher of the School of Journalism of the school, made false statements on his Sina Weibo account.
After receiving the report, the school attaches great importance to it and promptly initiates the investigation procedure.
After investigation, Feng Jihai's erroneous remarks posted by way of replying to messages on Weibo were true, which constituted a violation of political discipline and a denomination of teachers.
Nanjing University of Finance and Economics decided after research: to order Feng Jihai to conduct a thorough review and publicly apologize on the Sina Weibo platform for his erroneous remarks.
Give Feng Jihai a serious warning within the party.
Transfer to a teacher’s post and give administrative sanctions for lowering the level of the post.
The school will further strengthen teacher ethics education and teacher ideological and political work.
