Dominique Hervieu, director of the Maison de la Danse and director of the dance biennial, will leave Lyon in February to return to the capital.
She has just been appointed Cultural Director of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
She arrived in Lyon in July 2011 to succeed Guy Darmet.

Continuing the legacy
“This nomination is a real recognition of the work that Dominique Hervieu was able to carry out in Lyon, in the service of the culture and the influence of dance.

Former dancer and choreographer, Dominique Hervieu was the director of the national choreographic center of Créteil, then that of the national theater of Chaillot.
