But from Friday February 11, 2022, two new immersive digital exhibitions “Venice, the Serenissima” in the long program then “Sorolla, walks by the sea” in the short program will be offered at the submarine base.

Venice and the universe of Sorolla

Gianfranco Lannuzzi, in charge of artistic direction, offers a tour through the canals and alleys of Venice but also through its history. “In about forty minutes, the visitor is immersed in Byzantine art and the golden mosaics of Saint Mark's Basilica, in the masterpieces of Tintoretto, Bellini or Canaletto or even in the famous Mostra del Cinema with photographs of actresses and actors of Italian neorealism ”, explains Culturespaces in its press release.

The exhibition "Sorolla, walks by the sea", directed and animated in video by Cutback, will be offered alternately.

The works of this great name of 20th century Spanish painting, show the seaside, family portraits, landscapes and gardens, "passing through the beaches which have made him a great international reference", specifies Culturespaces.
