And the Second Criminal Chamber, headed by Counselor Nasr Al Haid, decided to postpone the appeal until the thirteenth of next January, in order to submit a dump of the cameras of the Criminal Investigation Department at the moment the victim and her relative filed a complaint with the Department, as they were subjected, about two months before the murder, to an attempt to run over and attempt to kill the accused’s vehicle, according to the prosecutor’s claim. the inheritors.

The accused had appealed the initial verdict, which convicted him of seven charges: kidnapping by force, premeditated murder, kidnapping a minor by force, threatening to cause harm, intentionally damaging a vehicle, walking on the sidewalk, and entering against traffic.
