China News Service, Hong Kong, November 25. The Office of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region announced on the 25th that Chief Executive Carrie Lam will visit Wuhan, Hubei Province from November 28 to December 1.

  Carrie Lam led a delegation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to Wuhan via Shenzhen on the 28th. The next day, she attended the Hubei-Hong Kong High-level Meeting and the first meeting of the Hubei-Hong Kong Cooperation Conference.

The SAR Government Secretary for Administration Li Jiachao, Secretary for Innovation and Technology Xue Yongheng, Secretary for Home Affairs Xu Yingwei, and Deputy Director of the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau Hu Jianmin accompanied.

  During her stay in Wuhan, Carrie Lam will meet with leaders of Hubei Province and Wuhan City, and will inspect local construction and enterprises.

  Carrie Lam returned to Hong Kong via Shenzhen on December 1.

While Carrie Lam and Li Jiachao were leaving Hong Kong, the Financial Secretary Chen Maobo acted as chief executive.

After Li Jiachao returned to Hong Kong on November 30, he served as the acting chief executive until Carrie Lam returned to Hong Kong.
