The town hall of Suresnes (Hauts-de-Seine) issued at the end of October the building permit for a major real estate project on the Quai Gallieni.
The site for future work is that of the two towers of the Coriolis company, which have been empty for nearly 15 years.
The operation will see a four-star luxury hotel and apartment buildings rise from the ground, says Actu Hauts-de-Seine.
Ultimately, 408 housing units will thus be available on site.
Eight new buildings will house a total of 238 housing units.
170 apartments will be offered in buildings allowing community living with shared living spaces (kitchen, living room).
Housekeeping and linen cleaning services will also be included in the rents.
A crèche also on the program
Some of these accommodations will be intended for long stays while others will accommodate temporary residents.
A commercial space and a nursery are also included in the real estate project led by Vinci Immobilier and the investor Brownfileds.
Work should begin in the first quarter of 2022 with the demolition of the existing buildings.
The first homes are scheduled for mid-2025.
