[Live] China News Agency reporter Zang Chengeng

Hello everyone, I’m China News Agency reporter Chen Geng, and I’m at the gate of Hangzhou Wildlife World.

Seven months after the escape of the Leopard in Hangzhou, Hangzhou Wildlife World finally reopened to the public.

We just walked into the (park) to observe. It may be because today's temperature is relatively low and it is a working day. There are not many tourists who come here. Parents are basically taking their children to visit.

[Explanation] The reporter saw in the park that all animal attractions along the trail are on display normally, and some large animal exhibition areas are also equipped with park staff.

The position of the prompt slogan on the guardrail is eye-catching.

College student Xiao Li told reporters that since the park is open, she doesn't worry too much about security issues.

  [Synchronization] Current university student Lee

I received the news yesterday that today (the park) is going to be opened, and then just when there is time, I will come over when there are few people (visiting).

I think that since the (park) is open, it must be that security is also guaranteed, right.

(Will the loss of this leopard affect your choice?) I think it will (influence) some time ago, but the safety may be higher if you wait for a longer time. The psychological effect (it feels).

[Explanation] In the walking tour area named "Predator Danger", there are exhibitions of various carnivorous animals such as ligers, tigers and leopards. Among them, two leopards are on display.

The reporter then verified with Yuan Xiaoqin, the head of publicity for Hangzhou Wildlife World, that these two leopards were not the leopards hunted back in the escape incident. The latter is being properly cared for in the breeding center of the park and is currently in good health.

[Explanation] After seven months of waiting, the "Hangzhou Leopard Evacuation Incident" came to an end with the sentence that six related persons responsible were sentenced.

However, in this game with public safety as a bargaining chip, what is left to us is not only the "Leopard Shadow" that has not yet been found, but also more profound awareness of public safety issues.

Regarding these questions, Hangzhou Wildlife World has not yet given a clear reply to the reporter of China News Service as of the time of publication.
