Sherif Mounir raises a storm of controversy by refusing to work for women

The artist Sherif Mounir topped the search sites in the last hours because of his controversial statements in his meeting with the “A Last Word” program, which was presented by the media, Lamis Al-Hadidi on the ONTV screen, in which he stressed his rejection of women’s work and his incompatibility with any working woman or her vision suitable for compatibility with his personality, as well. He stressed that he is sometimes not satisfied with the clothes of his eldest daughter Asma, which appears in some pictures on social networking sites.

Mounir's statements sparked a storm of controversy due to his refusal to work for women and talk about this issue in this way, and Mounir said: "As an eastern man, I do not accept that I am the one who spends, and nothing else will happen."

In response to Al-Hadidi's question about the wife's work, Sherif Mounir said: "My wife does not work... and the woman who works and has a carer often does not fit in with my personality," explaining that he told his wife at the beginning of their association: "I refuse my son to be raised with a nanny and my wife is at work."

And about his dealings with his children, Mounir said: "I follow the method of modern education with them, but I do not want to. We discuss with them and take my words, even if there is no result, he will remain a dictator.. Some things are forbidden and he will remain a dictator."

And he continued: "Sometimes I refuse my daughter Asma's clothes, which I see appearing in some social networking sites, and caution her, saying: "The clothes are not nice and I advise her and let her make the decision, and in many cases I find her deleting the pictures that I do not like."
