While outdoor brand Nepa is running a corporate indirect advertisement (PPL) for the tvN drama 'Mt. Jirisan', a poster that looks like it's down to the drama is causing controversy.

Recently, on several online communities, a post titled, 'Nepa advertisement for the drama Jirisan is openly exposed' has been uploaded.

In the advertisement poster in the post, it is written that 7 types of jackets are sold at a 38% discount along with the phrase 'Mt.

It was confirmed that this advertisement was not produced by Nepa, but was produced in 'Bene4U', a Samsung Electronics employee mall operated by Samsung Card.

Nevertheless, it is pointed out that the advertising production method and expression are inappropriate.

It was enough to focus on product quality and discount rates.

However, this poster exuded a nuance as if dissing the currently airing drama with the phrase that the brand power of the product was still maintained while the drama was being removed.

Regarding this poster, Nefa explained that it was "an advertisement made independent of our company," and stated that the poster has now been taken down.

'Mt. Jirisan' is a drama that tells the story of Seo Yi-gang (Jeon Ji-hyun), the best ranger in the national park, and Kang Hyun-jo (Ju Ji-hoon), a new ranger who has an unspoken secret, digging into a mysterious accident that occurs in the mountain.

Writer Kim Eun-hee, who wrote 'Signal' and 'Kingdom', is a new drama starring Jun Ji-hyun and Ju Ji-hoon.
