From 8 o'clock on the 21st to 12 o'clock on the 22nd, the snowfall at 9 stations in Heilongjiang Province exceeded 20 mm, and the snow at 21 stations reached 10 mm to 20 mm.

It is expected that the heavy snowfall in the central and eastern regions will continue on the 22nd, the snowfall will weaken on the 23rd, and the snowfall will gradually end on the 24th.

The maximum depth of local snow during this snowfall can reach 40 cm.

  According to information released by the Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau, from 8 o'clock on the 21st to 12 o'clock on the 22nd, snowfall occurred in most areas of Heilongjiang Province, with heavy snowfall in Hegang, Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, Jixi, Mudanjiang, Fenglin and Yilan. Among them, Jixi, most of Shuangyashan and Muling had heavy snowfall, and the maximum snowfall was Baoqing, which reached 29.5 mm.

A total of 9 stations had snowfalls of more than 20 mm, and 21 stations had snowfalls of 10 mm to 20 mm.

  At 8 o'clock on the 22nd, 44 sites in Yichun, Daqing, Suihua, Harbin, Hegang, Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, Jixi, Mudanjiang and other places added more than 5 cm of new snow depth, the largest of which was Mishan, reaching 23 cm.

  It is expected that heavy snowfall in the central and eastern regions will continue on the 22nd. Heavy snowfall will occur in most parts of northern Yichun, Hegang, Jiamusi, and Shuangya Mountain, with snowfall ranging from 20 mm to 25 mm. Among them, Hegang urban area, Luobei, Huachuan, Ji There was a huge blizzard in Xian, with a snowfall of 30 mm to 35 mm; there were blizzards in southern Yichun, eastern Jixi and Yilan, with a snowfall of 10 mm to 15 mm.   The snowfall weakened on the 23rd. There was moderate snow in the eastern part of Daxinganling, northern Heihe, Yichun, eastern Harbin, Hegang, Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, and eastern Jixi. In most areas, roads are slippery, icy, windy, and visibility is poor. Some road sections in the central and eastern regions are blocked by snow. Wind and snow may cause local snow to be more than 1 meter.
