  According to the Heilongjiang Meteorological Observatory's forecast, it is expected that there will be heavy snowstorms from south to north in the central and eastern regions from the night of November 21 to 22.

There were heavy snowstorms in northern Yichun, northeastern Harbin, Hegang, central and western Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, and Qitaihe (accumulated snowfall is 25-35mm), including northeastern Yichun, Hegang, western Jiamusi, and western Shuangyashan. There is a huge blizzard (35-45 mm), the new snow depth is 20-30 cm, and the maximum is 40 cm; there are blizzards (10-18 mm) in southern Yichun, northern Suihua, most of Harbin, Jixi, and central and western Mudanjiang. In Lin City and Dongning City, moderate rain and sleet turned to blizzard.

On the 23rd, there was moderate to heavy snow in the central and eastern regions.

During the 21st to 23rd day, the maximum precipitation can reach 50 mm.

There were snowstorms in northern Yichun, northeastern Harbin, Hegang, Jiamusi, western Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, and western Jixi on the 22nd.

On the 22nd and 23rd, most parts of the province had winds of magnitude 5-7, and gusts of magnitude 8-9 in the central and eastern regions, with low visibility.
