What happens to your body when you eat chocolate daily.. a Russian doctor explains

Russian nutritionist Yana Grishina revealed the benefits of dark chocolate if you eat it permanently.

This type of chocolate contains at least 55% natural cocoa, while milk contains only 25-35%, Greshina said.

She noted that dark chocolate contains less sugar in addition to antioxidants, noting: "We get most of our calories from dark chocolate from fat, not from carbohydrates, such as milk."

And she added, "Dark chocolate is an excellent source of iron, magnesium, copper, manganese and other minerals, and contributes to improving mood," according to "Sputnik."

The Russian doctor advised eating 20 grams of dark chocolate, while warning against eating it on an empty stomach.
