Sentenced to ten years in the Merah case
Fettah Malki, childhood friend of the scooter killer, is the one who provided him with the submachine gun and bulletproof vest used in the killings in Toulouse and Montauban.
Arrested and imprisoned in 2013, he has always denied having knowledge of Mohamed Merah's murderous designs.
In 2019, the Special Assize Court of Paris sentenced him to ten years in prison, without accepting the terrorist nature of the acts with which he was accused.
