She kidnapped her ex-husband and raped him, and the court sentenced her to 15 years in prison

Yesterday, Wednesday, the Alexandria Criminal Court in Egypt sentenced a farmer, a farmer, and a housewife to 15 years in prison, and ordered them to pay criminal expenses, for accusing them of kidnapping, torturing and indecent assault on an employee.

The events of Case No. 20349 of 2021 felonies of the Dekheila Police Department, when the police department received a report from A.A.S. stating that his ex-wife and two others had kidnapped, assaulted and robbed him, forcing him to sign trust receipts and filmed incriminating videos for him.

The investigations confirmed that the third accused, “S.H.M,” a housewife, stole her ex-victim, “an employee,” to her place of residence on the pretext of talking to him about some matters because she was his ex-wife. And "K.M.M" was sold, by trespassing, tying him with a rope, placing him inside a car, and taking him to a remote place.

Investigations revealed that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim after stripping him of his clothes completely, and filming the incident on video.

According to the investigations, the defendants assaulted the victim with a knife and stole his mobile phone, wallet, Visa card and wristwatch, forcing him to sign trust receipts and checks, and threatening to publish videos on social media in case of reporting.

The defendants were arrested, and by referring them to the prosecution, it decided to refer them to the Alexandria Criminal Court, which issued its ruling.
