God Almighty assigned man this earthly planet for his construction so that it would be good for mankind, benefiting from it for what would benefit his life, and fulfilling the duty of succession from knowing God Almighty in faith and worshiping him as He prescribed to His Messengers. he said the bulk would {Verily We put the Secretariat on the heavens and the earth and the mountains Vopin to carry it Ohafqn them and carry them human that he was Unjust Foolish}.Many commentators have argued that what is meant by trust in the noble verse is the fidelity of the assignment “do and do not do”, including the duty of worship, which is one of the characteristics of the obligated – human beings – and among that includes preserving the planet Earth on which humans live, birds, animals, reptiles, and what God created of inanimate objects And seas and rivers, all of that has the right to live on this earth and it is suitable for living, and therefore we have specifically forbidden man to spoil it in a way that would prejudice the use of it. Corruption is against reform, and everything that is considered disturbing its atmosphere, destroying its soil, ruining its buildings, or polluting its environment and water is a wide corruption that is forbidden by Sharia and reason. :{From it we created you, and into it we will bring you back, and from it we will bring you out another time.} He did not do that, he was naughty, and it was the duty of other people of hands and power to commend him on the truth, whether an individual, a society, or a political entity; Because the damage that will result from spoiling it will not be limited to it, and this is what nations are now calling for with the so-called climate summits, i.e. climate reform, which our pioneering country in preserving the environment and climate has hosted the “2023 Summit”, after the decade of corruption in the earth broke up with what factories do The huge countries in the major countries in particular from polluting the air and the environment, so they try in their legislation to spoil the perfume, and it is an action that is required sooner rather than later, from every human being, but the duty is before international legislation and binding lawsIt is for every person to hold himself accountable, and fear his Lord in preserving this land, which is our cradle and the source of our happiness. He does this in obedience to his Lord, and guided by our honorable law, which urged its reform, forbade corruption in it, and legislated its rulings with many hadiths, the Sunnah forbade abandoning on the roads. Or under fruitful trees, and forbids polluting water or wasteful use of it, and forbids the useless destruction of harmless animals without need, and forbids changing the lighthouses of the earth, and necessitates the protection of fever. Its bounties are humans and animals, and they live in safety.. etc., which is well known to the educated, let alone the seeker of knowledge.

Rather, the honorable Sharia has made it clear that all living things coexist and love if man does not seek to corrupt the earth, as in the hadith of al-Tirmidhi and others: “God and his angels and the people of the heavens and the earth, even the ant in its hole and even the whale, pray to the teacher of people good.” Life, so he should not be attacked, and thus every person should know his responsibility towards others, whether human, animal or inanimate. not to be in the industry, this is referred to by our Lord Almighty said: {and if they were told not mischief in the earth, they say: We are peacemakers they are not spoilers, but do not feel}, for those who claim the human benefit of its product to take into account the negative environment aspects and the human is not located where The end does not justify the means, as agreed upon by sane people.

ALLAH ou Akbarr.

• The duty, before international and binding laws, is for each person to hold himself accountable.
